Domestic Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) typically within 48 hours. Your products will arrive at your Shipping Address within 3-5 business days. Blue Mat Group extends a flat shipping rate and processing fee of $9USD for orders within the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Orders within the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska totaling $75USD or more, will be extended Free Shipping and Processing, just select Free Shipping at checkout. Once your merchandise has shipped, we will email the confirmation/tracking number for your convenience. Holiday and weekend restrictions may apply.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund any items you wish to return. Refunds/Exchanges must be received by us within 21 days from your original order date. Prior to sending any merchandise to us, email service@bluematgroup.com for Return Authorization.

 

  • • Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned/replaced.
  • • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for replacement or refund.
  • • All original hang tags must be attached to the garments.
  • • All items are subject to inspection.
  • • Shipping costs are not refunded.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you use USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Any items received after 21 days will only be eligible for store credit.

Typically Replacements and Refunds are processed within 10 business days (holiday restrictions may apply). Replacement items will ship free of charge.
